The Central Secretariat Service Forum (CSS Forum) is the representative body of all Central Secretariat Service Officers. We do not sell any product or service in the commercial sense. The payments collected through this platform are voluntary contributions made by members and well-wishers to support the Forum’s welfare, social, and administrative activities.

There is no mandatory pricing, and no member is obligated to pay any fixed amount to avail any benefit, service, or membership status, except where a specific membership tier is voluntarily chosen as described below.

1. Membership Contribution (Voluntary)

Membership contributions help support the Forum’s digital platform, administrative operations, and member services. These amounts are indicative/suggested and members may contribute as per their willingness and capacity, subject to the minimum required to activate the chosen membership tier on our platform.

2. Welfare / Support Contributions

CSS Forum periodically raises voluntary contributions from members and well-wishers for welfare measures, including but not limited to:

• Financial support to the family of a colleague in the event of death or serious hardship
• Emergency welfare assistance to members in need
• Other community welfare initiatives as decided by the Forum from time to time

There is no fixed or mandatory amount for such contributions. Members and donors may contribute any amount they wish, based on their own discretion and the specific welfare appeal in question.

3. One-Time Donations

Well-wishers and members may also make one-time voluntary donations to support the Forum’s ongoing social and cultural initiatives. These donations are not tied to any product or service and are entirely at the discretion of the donor.

4. Nature of Payments

• No goods or commercial services are sold on this platform.
• All amounts collected are voluntary contributions/donations towards membership, welfare, or social causes.
• Pricing shown at the time of payment (if any) reflects a suggested/minimum contribution for a specific purpose (e.g., membership activation) and not a price for a product or service.
