Please note that all financial contributions, including one-time donations and annual or monthly membership contributions, are completely voluntary.
One-Time Donations: Since one-time donations are immediately allocated toward our ongoing social and cultural initiatives, they are strictly non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Annual & Monthly Memberships: Membership contributions are processed immediately to grant active member status on our digital platform and support administrative setups. Therefore, membership registrations are non-refundable, and no partial or full refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
In rare instances where a technical glitch or payment gateway error occurs, resulting in a duplicate deduction:
Reporting Window: Please report the issue to us with transaction details (Payment ID, Date, and Amount) within 7 days of the transaction.
Verification: Once we verify the duplicate through our payment gateway logs, we will initiate a reversal for the erroneous charge.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds for technical errors will be credited back to your original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days.
