Cancellation Policy

At CSS Forum (CSSF), we deeply appreciate your support towards making the Central Secretariat Service one of the best services in India through your contributions and memberships.

1. One-Time Donations

All one-time donations made to the CSS Forum are completely voluntary and intended to support our various social and cultural causes. Once a donation is successfully processed through the payment gateway, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or revoked under any circumstances.

2. Annual & Monthly Memberships

Voluntary Registration: Annual and Monthly donations/contributions are processed as formal registrations for CSSF Membership.
Immediate Activation: Membership registrations are effective immediately upon successful payment verification.
No Mid-Term Cancellation: Once a membership is registered, it cannot be cancelled or terminated mid-term (whether annual or monthly), and no portion of the membership fee is eligible for cancellation.
